Counseling Corner

Middle school can be tough, exciting, and everything in between! I feel incredibly lucky to join students on this journey through 6th–8th grade. My goal as a school counselor is to help students develop the skills, confidence, and support they need to accomplish whatever stands in front of them.

 

I hold a School Counselor Certificate (PPS) and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. This is my 8th year as a school counselor, and I have had the privilege of working with youth for nearly 20 years.

 

I love the New Plymouth community and have truly enjoyed calling it home for the past four years. Outside of school, I’m a proud sports mom to my two boys. You can usually find me cheering from the sidelines, spending time with my family and friends, puzzling, drinking yummy coffee, watching Hallmark Christmas shows, or enjoying the outdoors whenever I get the chance.

 

I’m grateful to be part of the New Plymouth Middle School community and look forward to supporting our students as they learn, grow, and discover all they are capable of becoming!
